About TMO
Timiza Malengo Organization (TMO) is a youth serving non-governmental organization dedicated to community empowerment and development through the cultivation of skills development. It was officially registered 2019 to impart communities with key practical solutions as learn by doing, skills and knowledge within economic empowerment strategies and interventions, entrepreneurship skills, capacity building trainings and programs, behavioral change and mindset transformation to influence a well-organized and centered community over all affairs by uplifting them from day to day socio-economic based solutions.

Timiza Malengo organization is running “JITAMBUE MWANAFUNZI” as outreach program in primary schools both government and private schools in Kitunda ward and nearby ward
INUKA MWANAMKE
This is a program focused on women especially those based on households and normally engage in hand crafted items, small and medium business
KIJANA SMART
Aim to engage and empower youth within the communities by promoting self-determination and active involvement in advocacy, resource acquisition and seizing opportunities for more self-employment.
MKONO WA UBUNIFU
Hand of Creation" (Mkono wa Ubunifu) is a program focused on empowering young girls and youth through practical skills including tailoring, carpentry, beading design, and knitting.
SEMINARS AND WORKSHOPS
This is to inspire and empower different children, youth and entire community to rethink their lives, embrace positive change and unlock their full potential.
NGUVU YA MSICHANA
This one-year project, starting in October 2022, has the potential for renewal up to 5 years. Its initial phase focused on mapping and power analysis in Buyuni Ward, funded by CRVPF as a learning grant
